How long does approval take?1–3 business days. We verify the business is real, licensed where applicable (JTB / TPDCo for tourism, Jamaica Bar for legal services, etc.), and that the placement context fits Aurum's audience. We reject businesses that don't fit.
Can I change my placement later?Yes. Move tiers, swap context (e.g., from Negril to Ocho Rios), update copy and logo any time. Changes go live within 24 hours of approval.
What if my listing isn't approved?You aren't charged: we only bill after approval. We email a short note explaining why. Common reasons: business not licensed, claims we can't verify, or context mismatch (e.g., a Florida business pitching itself for Jamaica destination pages).
Do you offer per-page exclusivity?Above-fold tier on destination pages includes category exclusivity (e.g., only one realtor on /destinations/negril at a time). Mid-page and lower-third don't — multiple sponsors share those slots.
