How it works
- Pick a plan and subscribe with PayPal (PayPal balance or card).
- Within one business day we email your Aurum Social login, with your business details filled in from your listing if you have one.
- Connect your social accounts, review the drafted posts and approve the schedule.
- Cancel online whenever you like at /social/cancel.
Unused monthly writing allowance does not roll over. When you connect an account, the social network's sign-in screen may show the name of our software provider; that is normal.
Billing: recurring subscription billed by Aurum Transfers Limited through PayPal, monthly or yearly, starting the day you subscribe and renewing automatically until you cancel. No extra fees or surcharges. We never restart a cancelled plan without your new consent.
Cancel online: cancel here or in your PayPal automatic payments. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
Refunds: full refund within 14 days of your first payment; renewals are not refunded. See the Refund Policy and Terms.

What is Aurum Social?
Aurum Social is a social media workspace for businesses. It drafts posts and images about your business, and schedules and publishes them to your own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok, X and Pinterest accounts. Plans start at US$15 a month.
How much does Aurum Social cost?
Social Starter is US$15 a month (US$150 a year), Social Growth is US$29 a month (US$290 a year) and Social Pro is US$49 a month (US$490 a year). Bundles with a directory listing: Spotlight US$79 a month, Spotlight Pro US$99 a month, Standard + Starter US$29 a month. Prices are in US dollars with no setup fee.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time: enter your PayPal subscription ID (it starts with I-) and your PayPal email on aurum-transfers.com/social/cancel, or cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded. Email info@aurum-transfers.com with your subscription ID.
When does my workspace start?
We set up your private workspace by hand and email your login within one business day of your first payment.
Why are Growth and Pro seats limited?
Each plan has a fixed monthly writing allowance. We cap Growth at 90 seats and Pro at 30 so we never sell more writing capacity than we have. When a plan is full you can join its waitlist instead.
Do I need an Aurum directory listing?
No. Any business can subscribe to a Social plan on its own. The bundles add a Featured or Standard listing on the Aurum directory for less than buying both separately.
