Do you take bookings or payments?

No. You book and pay on the partner’s site, under the partner’s terms. Aurum Transfers is a free guide; we do not take bookings or payments.

How do you make money?

Some links are affiliate links. If you book through one, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. See our disclosure page.

Who do I contact about a booking?

The partner you booked with. They hold your booking, payment and any changes.

How much does a private airport transfer cost?

Prices are set by the transfer partner and depend on the city, group size, vehicle type and route.

What happens when I land?

With a pre-booked transfer, the partner’s driver usually meets you after you clear customs. Many partners track your flight; check their delay policy when you book.

What if my flight is delayed?

Most transfer partners track flights and adjust pickup. Check the partner’s waiting-time and delay policy before you book.

Can I cancel or change a transfer?

Cancellation and change rules are set by the partner you book with.

Are round trips and child seats available?

Many partners sell round trips and offer child seats, often for a fee. Choose them when you book and give your child’s age.

What vehicles are available?

We do not run vehicles. Partners offer cars, vans, SUVs and coaches; enter your party size when you compare quotes.

How do hotel comparisons work?
