- Can I book VIP arrival for children?
- Yes. Children aged 2-12 have a reduced rate. Infants under 2 are free. The VIP host assists your entire group through immigration and into the lounge.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- VIP Attractions monitors all inbound flights. If your flight is delayed, your VIP host adjusts accordingly — no extra charge. Combined with Aurum Transfers' real-time flight tracking for your driver, you are covered on both ends.
- Is VIP arrival available at all Jamaica airports?
- VIP arrival is available at MBJ (Montego Bay — Club MoBay) and KIN (Kingston — Club Kingston). It is not available at OCJ (Ian Fleming Airport in Ocho Rios) as it is a small private airstrip without VIP lounge infrastructure.
