Guide PDF questions

Is this a ride ticket?

No. A shop item is a digital file. Travel is still paid to the partner.

How do I get the file?

Right after payment you get a private download link on screen. We also email it from info@aurum-transfers.com to the email address on your payment. Save the on-screen link either way; it works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final once the PDF is delivered. If you were charged twice or the download will not work, email info@aurum-transfers.com and we fix or re-send it first.

Where are the real fares?

On the transfer table, not in a PDF.
