The beach itself
Seven Mile Beach runs along the western tip of Jamaica from Negril lighthouse south to the mouth of the Great Morass. The sand is white and powdery, the water calm and clear with offshore reef protection. Water sports are available along the full length: kayaking, paddleboarding, glass-bottom boats, parasailing, and jet skiing.
