Iskushuban, also written Scusciuban, is a small historic town in the Bari region of northeastern Somalia, in the semi-autonomous state of Puntland, on the Horn of Africa. Travelers should be aware that Somalia is rated Do Not Travel by the United States and others because of the risk of terrorism, armed conflict and kidnapping, and this page is informational only rather than an encouragement to visit. The town lies inland from the Gulf of Aden coast, in a dry region historically associated with the frankincense trade, and the area is known for the perennial Iskushuban waterfall.
