Jamaica Airport Transfer Cancellation and Changes: What to Check

Aurum Transfers is a travel guide. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers or run transfers. We compare licensed transfer partners, and you book and pay the partner you choose directly.

Who sets the terms

Cancellation, refund and change terms are set by the partner you book with, not by Aurum Transfers. Read them on the partner's booking page before you pay, and keep the confirmation email.

What to check with a partner before you book

• The vehicle type and how many guests and bags it fits.
• Whether the price is per vehicle or per person, and what is included.
• How the partner handles flight delays and waiting time.
• The partner's cancellation and change terms.
• Whether child seats or onboard WiFi are available, and any fee.
