Vilnius has a single lounge open to travellers, the Narbutas Business Lounge, airside in the departures area on the third floor. Two rules are worth noting: the lounge does not admit passengers more than six hours before their departure, and you must show a same-day boarding pass to enter.

The Narbutas Business Lounge is a calm alternative to the main departures area, with enough food and drink for a light meal and a quiet place to work or relax before boarding.
