Greenwood Great House

Built in the 1790s by relatives of the poet Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Greenwood Great House is one of Jamaica's best-preserved plantation-era homes. The guided tour takes you through rooms filled with original antique furniture, rare musical instruments, and a collection of Wedgwood china. The hilltop setting offers sweeping views over the coast, and the history - told honestly, including the realities of the sugar trade - makes this one of the most worthwhile cultural excursions near Montego Bay.

White Witch Golf Course

Designed by Robert von Hagge and set on the former Rose Hall sugar estate, the White Witch Golf Course is a championship-level 18-hole layout that winds through rolling hills with dramatic ocean views from nearly every hole. Mahoe Bay Beach
