These Terms and Conditions (our "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, our guest ("you"), and Aurum Transfers ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are here to ensure everything is clear so we can focus on making your journey in Jamaica a wonderful one.
By booking a service with us or using our website (www.aurumtransfers.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Your privacy is also very important to us. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and explains how we handle your information.
Securing Your Booking: How It Works
To provide you with a reliable, guaranteed service, every booking must be confirmed and scheduled. Here's our simple and secure process:
Prepayment is Required: To lock in your ride and officially get you on our schedule, every booking requires a partial prepayment, as specified during the checkout process.
Booking is Confirmed After Payment: Your transfer is only considered confirmed and scheduled after your prepayment has been successfully processed. Until payment is made, your booking is considered a pending quote.
Look for the Confirmation Email: The moment your payment is complete, you will receive an official confirmation email from us. This email is your guarantee that your friend in Jamaica is ready and waiting for you! Please review it to ensure all details (like your flight number, destination, and passenger count) are correct.
Our Simple & Transparent Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. We've designed our cancellation policy to be as simple and fair as possible, with our "No Worries" promise.
To cancel your booking, simply visit our online booking form, enter your booking reference number in the "Cancel booking" section, and click "Cancel." It's as easy as 1-2-3.

Full Service Credit
Cancellations within 24 hours: If you need to cancel close to your travel date, we have you covered. We will not process any further payment. Instead, we will honor your original booking as a full service credit.
How Your Service Credit Works
Your service credit is valid for one full year from your original travel date. When you're ready to rebook, just send an email to [email protected], send us a message on WhatsApp, or call/text us, and we'll apply your credit to your new trip. There are no hidden fees or complicated forms—it's our promise to make sure you get to experience that warm Jamaican welcome, even if your plans change.
Your Part Of The Journey: Passenger Responsibilities
To help us make your journey as smooth as possible, we just ask for your cooperation on a few things.
Arrival & Waiting Time: We track your flight and will be there for you. Your booking includes a complimentary 60-minute waiting period after your flight officially lands. If you are delayed in immigration or customs, please send us a quick message or call to let us know.
No-Shows: If a passenger does not arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time and location and has not made contact with us within the 60-minute complimentary waiting period, it will be considered a "no-show." In this case, no refund or service credit can be issued, as our driver and vehicle were reserved and dispatched specifically for you.
Luggage & Passengers: Each vehicle's luggage and passenger capacity is clearly stated during booking. Please choose a vehicle that comfortably fits your party and your belongings. For safety reasons, we cannot transport luggage or passengers beyond the vehicle's stated capacity.
Child Safety: Your little ones are precious. Jamaican law may require children to use a child safety seat. Please provide the ages of any children when booking so we can be prepared. You are responsible for securing your child in the seat.
Good Vibes Only (Conduct): We welcome you with respect and expect the same in return. Please treat our drivers and vehicles with care. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip without a refund or credit to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
Our Responsibility & Looking After Your Things
We are committed to your safety and comfort. Our vehicles are maintained to high standards, and our drivers are licensed professionals.
Events Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, accidents not caused by our driver, or extreme traffic). This is often referred to as 'force majeure.'
Lost or Damaged Property: Please double-check for your personal items before exiting the vehicle. While we will do everything we can to help you recover anything left behind, we are not responsible or liable for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your transfer.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Aurum Transfers for any claim or loss arising from our services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific transfer in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as missed flights or events.
Your Responsibility (Indemnification): You agree to be responsible for any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms or your violation of the rights of any third party.
The Legal Stuff
This last part is the formal legal stuff that every agreement needs.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts of Jamaica.
Dispute Resolution: If you have an issue, please talk to us first! We are confident that most issues can be resolved with a simple, friendly conversation.
Our Brand & Website: The Aurum Transfers name, logo, and all content on our website are our property. Please do not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on our website. For any bookings you have already made, the Terms that were in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
