3. Booking Policy

3.1. Reservation & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or customer support.

Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or WhatsApp.

3.2. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer: 50% refund.

No-shows or cancellations at the time of pickup: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Service Terms

4.1. Transfer Service Guidelines

All transfers are private, direct, and non-shared.

Passengers must provide accurate flight details for airport pickups.

A 15-minute grace period applies for standard pickups. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time.

Additional wait time may incur extra charges.

4.2. Luggage & Special Requests

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag. Extra luggage may require additional fees.

Child car seats are available upon request and must be booked in advance.

Special accommodations (e.g., pets, medical needs) must be disclosed at booking.

5. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

Respect our drivers and staff.

Comply with local laws and travel regulations.

Avoid causing damage to our vehicles.

Refrain from disruptive, unlawful, or intoxicated behavior.

Aurum Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in misconduct.

6. Licensing & Legal Compliance

Aurum Transfers operates under a National Contract Carriage License issued by the Transport Authority of Jamaica. All vehicles are registered with Red Plates (PPV - Contract Carriage) and are fully insured. Our drivers hold valid PPV licenses and Transport Authority ID badges.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1. General Liability

Aurum Transfers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7.2. Uncontrollable Events

We are not liable for delays or service failures caused by:

Extreme weather conditions

Traffic congestion or road closures

Natural disasters, strikes, or acts of God

Government actions or legal restrictions

8. Insurance Coverage

All vehicles operated by Aurum Transfers are covered by full commercial insurance, including passenger liability. In the event of an accident, claims will be processed in accordance with our insurance policy and Jamaican law.

9. Loss of Personal Items

Aurum Transfers is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles. However, if an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Please contact our support team immediately if you realize you have left something behind.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, text, graphics, logos, and materials found on this website are owned by Aurum Transfers Limited. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission.

Use our brand name, logo, or materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution
